Class will be held July 8th, 6pm central time.
Class will be virtual via zoom. I am accepting a maximum of 10 people per class.
In this class we’ll be making:
Fried oyster mushrooms, quinoa with mushroom and onion gravy, kale and quinoa bread (Alkaline corn bread alternative). Class is an hour and a half of instruction. After you purchase your ticket you will receive a list of ingredients for the class and zoom ID. Please register with a valid email address.
cast iron skillet or stainless steel cookware is preferred.
